Flying Lessons

Available now on Ebay

I registered for Kellie Rae Robert's e-course "Flying Lessons" over a month ago and it finally
started yesterday. For those of you who aren't familiar with the course, Kellie is teaching everything she has learned along the way about becoming successful through blogging, online marketing and online sales.
Yesterday's post was about listening to your "whispers". I've thought alot about that since yesterday. I have been listening to my inner whispers for the past year - sometimes paying attention, sometimes not. Sometimes, I hear a whisper but something holds me back - fear, usually. I have learned that I need to ignore the fear, push it away, do whatever I must to do to push it aside because usually the whispers I hear, are good ideas.
Today, I ignored the fear and e-mailed a gallery owner. I inquired if she would like to sell my work in her gallery. What did I have to lose? Nothing. What did I have to gain? Exposure, sales, everything. Later this morning, I got a beautiful e-mail back, welcoming me into the gallery! I listened to my whispers and am another step away from my goal of working as a full time artist.
I hope you enjoy my newest paintings..they are available on ebay. I currently have 10 paintings available....please take the time to visit my store. Opening bids are only a penny on all paintings!
Happy Memorial Day to you...be good to yourself.
Karen

Hey just popping in to say hi, found you somehow on facebook, but then saw you are taking Kelly's class too. :) Your work is lovely, and I especially love that piece in the right sidebar, with the lady in yellow dress and blue hair and her friend with red hair. Beautiful piece!
